We accept returns for standard size dresses and most accessories within 30 days of delivery. Please note for customers in Germany, the return window is within 15 days.

Jewelry and headpieces must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Try On Dresses must be purchased or postmarked within 7 days of delivery. The amount you pay for your try-on dress order covers shipping and is nonrefundable. Try-On dresses that have been purchased to keep are final sale.

Please note that for wedding dress purchases intended only for trying on, the seller will cover the initial shipping costs, while the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. If the dress is damaged during the try-on process, the customer will be required to cover repair and cleaning fees.

To be eligible for a return,your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.It must also be in the original packaging.
